Pentium I and Pentium II are too slow for today's software application. Many people has already thrown them away. To me, a lot of parts inside the PC are useful. I have built a bench power supply using a PC power supply.
I removed the PCB assembly of a PC power supply and the CPU cooling fan from a Pentium PC, installed them into a case of an old hub. I used it because it had power switch, power socket, fuse plug and LED indicator so that I didn't need to do much machining. What I needed to add was the blind post terminals.
